Refunds and returns
All sales are final, due to sanitary reasons products cannot be exchanged or returned. Digital cook books or tutorials sales are final, non refundable, non transferable. Please read description on each item before buying. For any issues or question, email us.

Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Paypal or Stripe, which has a level of security on all transactions.

Shipping
Digital products are available everywhere, between 1-2 working days.
Shipping products only to Puerto Rico and the United States. Orders ship in 2-3 working days via United States Postal Service. Send a message if you’d like tracking number.
We ship to the address on your order form, if the address is incorrect on your order form, please contact us immediately to correct your address before sending the package. if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped.
Once package states it has been delivered we are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in a envelope with bubble wrap or box according to their size. Includes a hand write thank you note.
Each item is protected and well packed, I am not responsible for damage during shipping.
Digital cook books and tutorials
The email with the digital cook book or access to the tutorial group will be done only once to a single email adress or facebook account. It is your responsibility to save the email, pdf and/or credentials in your facebook account so that you can access the content of the cook book or tutorial.
All tutorials, classes and cook books are the sole property of Diorizella. Information purchased from here are for your personal use only or to supplement your business with finished baking goods, desserts or food menu. All sales are final, there will be no refunds on cookbooks or tutorials. You are not allow to share or sell recipes or content provided in cook books, tutorials, videos or PDFs. Any individual who is faith distributing or sharing content is subject to legal action. A letter will be sent seeking compensation. By purchasing this class you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Failure to result in complying with the above guidelines will also result in removal or any previously purchased classes or tutorials. You will also be blocked and banned.
